Biography
I grew up in Wisconsin, have lived in NC since I was 17 except for 2 years spent in Dallas, Texas.
After detouring through careers in restaurant management and advertising, I have finally realized my dream of being a self-employed interior designer.
My life took a dramatic upward turn in September 2000 when I met the love of my life at 44. Thankfully he felt the same way about me, and we married in October 2002. Dan is a talented remodeling contractor, as well as an all around great guy and 'very handsome':-) An added bonus to marrying Dan is that I now have 2 stepsons. In June 2007 my stepson Jacob married Rachel, and Dan and I are looking forward to becoming grandparents in early 2008!
Our two cats provide endless entertainment. Along with our modest but wonderful house and beautiful garden, life is pretty perfect.
Interests
Hobbies & Interests, Favorite Author- People Magazine, Movie- Bell Book & Candle, Sports -Beach Rocking Chair :-) Actually I'm interested in anything to do with interior design and I'm an HGTV addict. I'm an active member of my Methodist church and enjoy activities there, as well as hanging out with my priceless friends & family at the beach or anywhere. I wish I could see family members in far away places more often. I have two wonderful stepsons who are very talented in different ways. And my number one interest is 'very handsome Dan'.
