Redbug Rendevous: A Christmas to Remember

Where to begin? Is it only 8 days ago we were flying to Arizona? This has been a Christmas to remember, special times with family, a visit from Santa, Christmas Pajamas, lots of good food, a quick visit to 'Vegas, Baby, Vegas', and a special birthday for a special woman. I will post a photo album and try to keep it reasonable (after all, I took over 700 photos and 39 videos! ;-) But for now, here's a brief look at the special Christmas of 09.

I call the photo at left "the magic of Christmas' ~ look at that little boy in his happy Grandma's arms, "when what to his wondering eyes should appear..."

A visit from Santa, Mrs. Clause, and Momma Clause on Christmas Eve was a highlight of the Season, as Matt & Stacie's little boys Jacob and Owen looked on in wonder. They provided story, song, and gifts, and a good time was had by all!

Santa handed out gifts, including Christmas Pajamas for everyone!

Jacob decided "Arizona Santa" was okay, especially when Santa gave him a shiny new truck! And later in the evening, we all modelled our Christmas Pajamas!

Owen, at 8 months, is so darn cute you just can't get enough of him ~ we think he's the model for the Gerber baby!

Each year it seems Christmas is different... but this year, our dear Mom is in good health and great spirits, all 3 of her daughters and their husbands were able to visit, all of her grandkids were able to make the trip, the great grandkids are growing, and there's more on the way.... Shannon & Robby's little boy will be here in May. We can't help but look around us and give thanks for our many blessings this Christmas!
